A pair of vintage Miller High Life beer coasters constructed of heavyweight pulpboard. The design features the Miller brand name in red script with a blue outline positioned above the text HIGH LIFE in red serif block letters. A cream-colored scalloped cloud graphic in the lower right corner contains the slogan THE BEST MILWAUKEE BEER. The background is composed of red and cream fields separated by a diagonal blue line. Printed in the lower left corner is the text MILLER BREWING CO. MILWAUKEE, WIS. MADE IN U.S.A. Specialist research identifies this specific design as dating to approximately 1939, originating from the post-Prohibition era.
