An antique pancake-style warded padlock with an accompanying flat metal key. The circular lock body is constructed of cast iron or steel, featuring five visible rivets on the front face. The upper portion of the lock face is embossed with a capitalized wordmark reading FLYER. The lock includes a standard curved shackle and a warded keyhole centered at the bottom. A single warded metal key is attached to the shackle by a simple metal ring. The entire surface of the lock and key displays an aged, dark brown patina.
