This flared pedestal vase is composed of canary opalescent pressed glass and is attributed to the Jefferson Glass Company, pattern No. 221, produced circa 1905-1910. The glass displays a translucent yellow-green hue with a milky white opalescent treatment along the scalloped top rim. The body is molded with a grid pattern of stacked rectangular panels divided by vertical and horizontal ribs with serrated edges. The vessel features a faceted stem on a circular foot. The underside of the base is molded with a radial sunburst design. No manufacturer markings are present.
