A vintage rectangular lithographed tin for Edgeworth Extra High Grade Sliced Pipe Tobacco, produced by the Larus & Brother Company, Inc. of Richmond, Virginia. The tin is constructed with a hinged lid and rounded corners. The exterior design features dark blue typography and Art Nouveau style scrollwork borders over a light teal ground. The lid is printed with Edgeworth Extra High Grade Sliced Pipe Tobacco, Larus & Bro. Co. Richmond, Va. USA, and Made in U.S.A. The sides and end panels repeat the brand and manufacturer information. The underside of the tin features a blue rectangular label with a diamond logo containing the initials L & B and the text 7 Ozs. Net Tobacco.
