A mid-20th century promotional still bank in the form of a barrel, manufactured for the Kellogg-Citizens National Bank of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The bank is constructed from cast metal with a textured surface designed to resemble wooden staves and metal binding hoops. A narrow coin slot is located on the side of the barrel, positioned between the two central hoops. The base features a circular metal locking plate with an integrated keyhole. Centered on this base plate is a red-printed mark across two lines reading KELLOGG-CITIZENS and NATIONAL BANK. A vertical seam from the casting process is visible along one side of the barrel.
