A small cardboard box for Lava Chemical Resolvent Soap is designated as a SAMPLE SIZE and identifies the manufacturer as WM. WALTKE & CO. SOAP MAKERS AND CHEMISTS ST. LOUIS, U.S.A. Also included is a red Lifebuoy Health Soap trial size box and a cream-colored California Washing Powder box with a laundry-themed graphic. The largest piece in the collection is an orange Magic Washer Modern Soap Powder box manufactured by the IOWA SOAP COMPANY, BURLINGTON, IOWA, which bears a 1929 copyright date.
