An antique wall-mounted coat or hat hook produced under the brand name The Congress Belle. The piece is manufactured from cast brass and displays characteristic Art Nouveau styling, featuring symmetrical openwork filigree with organic scrolling motifs. A central cartouche on the backplate bears the embossed maker's mark THE CONGRESS BELLE across three lines. The casting has a naturally aged golden patina with areas of darker oxidation and verdigris settled into the recessed details. The structure consists of a decorative backplate with two mounting points and a single forward-reaching hook.
