A vintage metal elephant-shaped still bank attributed to Napier based on the sculptural form. The figure is constructed of gold-toned plated metal over a silver-toned base. The elephant, a traditional symbol of the Republican Party, features a coin slot located on the upper back. The side of the bank bears a four-line engraved inscription that reads: ALISA FROM SENATOR JOE AND JEAN McCARTHY.
