A mid-century vintage New York City street sign featuring the distinctive humpback or camelback profile. The sign is made of vitreous enamel on steel with a dark navy blue background and white block lettering. The top, narrower section of the sign contains the text E. 122, while the bottom section reads EAST RIVER DRIVE. This signage corresponds to the original name of what is now known as the Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive. No maker markings are visible on the front of the sign.
