This vintage advertising clipboard is constructed from heavy-gauge brass and was produced as a promotional item for the Rex brand. The piece features a solid brass board with rounded corners and a large, spring-loaded clip at the top. The clip is decorated with embossed lettering and a central circular medallion. The medallion features a stylized REX logo in the center, encircled by the text THE LARGEST SPRAY BUSINESS IN THE WORLD. On the horizontal bar below the medallion, the product names FLY-TOX appear on the left and RAT-TOX appear on the right. The clip is attached to the board with visible rivets and a mechanical spring mechanism. The reverse of the board is plain with no visible manufacturer marks.
