This vintage men's sun hat is constructed from woven natural rush straw featuring a speckled texture. The design follows a safari hat silhouette with a wide brim and a tapered crown. A decorative striped fabric hatband in earthy tones is secured around the base of the crown with a small metal buckle. Functional elements include two metal-grommet ventilation eyelets on the side of the crown. Affixed to the brim is an original paper retail tag printed with a red and blue logo and the text: VICTORY ASST. Product of West. Hemisphere, MEN'S, PRICE $4.50, and STYLE 45103 Adjustable Sizes. The outer edge of the brim is finished with a stitched binding.
