The weaving pattern is composed of narrow horizontal splints at the top and bottom sections, punctuated by a central decorative band of wider vertical slats. The rim is reinforced with a thick wooden band secured with a continuous wrap. A sturdy, fixed wooden handle is attached to the body via carved circular loops at the narrow ends.
