This lot includes two vintage advertising pieces representing early 20th-century American washing machine manufacturers. The first item is a promotional felt beanie cap featuring alternating panels of golden-yellow and charcoal grey felt topped with a central button. The charcoal panel is screen-printed with the slogan A COPPER WASHER FOR EVERY HOME in white block letters. Another panel features the trademarked logo for the AutoMatic Washer company within a diamond border. The second item is a circular stamped copper dish intended as a pin tray or promotional desk accessory. It features embossed lettering for the SYRACUSE WASHING MACHINE CORPORATION and identifies their product as THE EASY VACUUM ELECTRIC WASHER of SYRACUSE, N.Y.
