This vintage countertop advertising showcase is designed for the point-of-sale display of Lufkin spring joint rules. The case is constructed of a dark-stained hardwood frame. The lower front rail is attached with two small metal hinges at the base, functioning as a door to access the interior. This rail is prominently marked with the Lufkin brand name in blue and black stylized script and the text SPRING JOINT RULES in black block letters. The interior features a padded green felt lining across the bottom and back, designed to showcase folding rules. The interior side panels are finished in white. This lot includes the wooden display case only; no tools or rules are present.
Condition
No glass intact on this piece, and one piece lose to the frame. Measures approx 16 x 12 x 4.5 inches.
