This nineteenth-century Iroquois (Haudenosaunee) beaded wall pocket is constructed from a dark green ribbed fabric base with black fabric binding. The tapered hanging features three tiered sections, each decorated with raised polychrome glass seed beadwork in stylized floral and foliate motifs common to the Niagara Falls souvenir trade. The top tier displays a silvery and gold-toned leaf spray, the center shows a blue and red floral motif with copper-colored leaves, and the bottom tier contains a symmetrical floral arrangement with a central blue, green, and silver blossom flanked by red leaf sprigs. A white beaded border lines the outer edges and divides the sections, while a small red fabric fragment is attached to the top. No maker's marks, signatures, or inscriptions are visible. The item is presented in a modern black frame against a white backing.
