A boxed notice on the front specifies that the novelty can be mailed for 1 1/2 cents postage without wrapping. The reverse of the tag bears the printed inscriptions Made in the U.S.A., Handmade from real leather, and A souvenir that is truly different, printed upside down relative to the attachment hole.
